| Chicken & Rice |

| 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts |
| 3/4 cup rice (uncooked) |
| 3/4 tsp. Spices to taste |
| 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables |
| 1 2/3 cups water |
| 1 can condensed cream soup |
| 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |

| Mix all ingredients except for the chicken and cheese and put into a 2-quart caserole dish.
Place chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Bake at 375 for 45-55 minutes until chicken is done.
Remove from oven and cover with cheese. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving. |
