March 8, 2010 - GOLDSBORO - An investigation by the Goldsboro Police Department continues regarding a traffic fatality that occurred last Thursday. Thomas Mangum was riding a bicycle on 11th Street and was struck by a vehicle being operated by James Bunn. Mr. Mangum was taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital and then transported to Pitt Memorial Hospital where he later died.
